Hooray for Freddy Ferrer! When asked by Frank Lombardi about the Bronx Terminal Market he raises just the right questions about this so-called private deal. Maybe, since Weiner has already come out strongly against the deal and Gifford Miller has scheduled a hearing for June 27th (not May 27th, as Frank states in his article), this issue will be seen as symbolic of how the Bloomberg administration (read: Dan Doctoroff), does economic development.
