In today's Bronx edition of the NY Daily News, the intrepid Bob Kapstadter questions why there is no Bronx rep on the recently created congestion commission. "Kappy" also points out that, "The Bronx faces a flood of drivers from the northern 'burbs parking on asthma-choked South Bronx streets, then hopping on a $2 subway ride into central Manhattan instead."
He also refers to the fact that Bronx BP Carrion has stated that any congestion tax scheme, "'must address the parking and traffic concerns expressed by outer boroughs residents.' Stay tuned. Stay tuned indeed.
